2nd Annual NGLS Conference
Theme: “Love What Matters.“
Why focus a conversation on young leaders of Slovakia on the topic of Love? Seems out of place? No, not at all. To lead well is to love well. Slovakia is a nation that must learn to be loved well, and learn to love its younger leaders more. It is a young nation full of young promising potential. And that potential must be cultivated. And that will take love. Passionate, sacrificial, intentional love. During our two days together, we will engage in many conversations about various aspects of leadership and love, as well as hear from several young Slovak leaders who have demonstrated that love. We will explore what it means to learn leadership and love on three levels.
- What does it mean to love within
- To love who we are and who we are becoming to love between – to love those we are leading and in relationship with.
- And to love among, to love the nation of Slovakia and the future we are inheriting.
Only on these three levels can real transformation happen. And the future of Slovakia is one full of transformation. Especially yours. Don’t miss being part of this life changing conversation. Ron Carucci - author of “Leadership Divided” and ” Future in-Formation“, speaker, executive consultant and passionate leader. Ron will lead NGLS’s facilitation team, which will consist of Jonathan and Ivana (see who they are bellow)
Jonathan DeWaal – Ron’s partner in “crime” from Seattle, speaker and director of Liminal Space.
Ivana Sendecká - educator, blogger, founder and Chief Movement Officer of NGLS.
Two Slovak NGLS Entrepreneurs
Pavol “Facet” Muľar – co-owner of the Groteska Art Cafe, unique coffee shop, which educate, inspire and encourage creative artists from the region around Poprad. Pavol will tell us why they do what they do.
Michal Truban - the coolest Slovak CEO with a tattoo, who runs a business, which cares: Michal will tell us what is the secret Websupport ‘s mind-blowing growth and success.

Eva Jantošíková and Peter Hegedúš will share with us, their stories about how did their lives changed after experiencing 1st NGLS event.
Special Keynote Speakers
Milan Muška – vice president for Association of Towns and Municipalities in Slovakia (ZMOS – Združenie miest a obcí Slovenska) has agreed to join us and learn more about what young people in Slovakia has to say and want from their country’s leaders.
Trey Pennington – Trey is globally known marketing professional, speaker, author and dreamer. He will come over to Slovakia to join our mind-stretching conversations. Yay!
